We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children reach their milestone goals. If you are a dynamic teacher who loves working with children 6 weeks through 12 years of age, who enjoys seeing children reach their full potential and thrive, we are searching for you.

As a Teacher, you will help maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, promote the positive development of all children, lead teachers in planning, directing, or coordinating academic and nonacademic activities, teach and carry out learning objectives for all ages and/or classrooms, greet parents and children at drop‑off/pick‑up, perform daily tasks such as diapers/potty training, laundry, cleaning, toys organization, stock supplies, and ensure compliance with state‑mandated child/staff ratios and regulations.

• Education
  
  Required:
  
  Minimum of 6 college hours at an accredited college or university (or MOA Educational Waiver). Preferred:
  College hours related to early childhood education.
• Experience
  Preferred: 1–2 years related experience.
• Skills
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent time management, interpersonal, organizational, prioritizing, decision‑making and planning skills; ability to perform in highly stressful situations.
• Health and Safety
  Health screening required; annual clearance from Family Care Safety Registry; annual TB test required; initial T‑Dap immunization required; at least 18 years of age.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
  Must obtain Heartsaver Pediatric CPR/FA/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
