The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, in Springfield, MO, is seeking a full-time, Primary Care Physician.

Ideal candidates would be board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with extensive women’s health experience. We are fully committed to providing top-quality medical care by serving and honoring America’s Veterans.

Candidates must possess an active, current, unrestricted license in any U.S. State.

• Potential starting base salary range: $232K - $243K
• Permanent full-time position
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m.
  
  - 7:30 p.m.

• Perform and record history and physical examinations and document data from clinic visits.
• Provide medical care for acute and chronic conditions, including all appropriate preventive care for male and female veterans.
• Prescribe medications according to approved formulary, adhering to Federal and State laws.
• Order diagnostic tests, medications, and laboratory tests as medically necessary for each patient.
