What You Will Be Doing:
The Customer Service Specialist is the frontline expert who ensures that customer inquiries and issues are addressed with professionalism and care. They act as the bridge between the consumer and the company, providing support and information while also gathering valuable feedback to enhance products and services.
- Responding to Customer Inquiries. This includes answering questions about products and services through various channels like phone, email, chat, Amazon, Tik Tok, and Shopify messages.
- Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to customer complaints and concerns, potentially escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
- Offering accurate and comprehensive details about the company's products and services, including usage and features.
- Assisting with tracking shipments and managing returns or exchanges.
- Addressing customer reviews on all platforms, gathering customer feedback and sharing with relevant teams to improve products and services.
- Fostering positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication.
- Assisting with invoicing for non edi customers, including Amazon.
- Submitting creator sample order entries into Shopify for shipment.
- Tracking MCF orders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with customers.
- The capacity to understand customer issues, analyze them, and develop efficient solutions.
- Becoming an expert of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
- A genuine desire to help customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- The ability to use relevant computer systems and software.
- The ability to handle customer interactions calmly and understand their perspective, especially when they are frustrated.
- The skill to manage a workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
