Customer Accounts & Renewals Specialist

A leading rental company located in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with customers both over the phone and face-to-face, assist with lease agreement renewals, and maintain accurate customer accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
