DAY SHIFT 8:00AM-4:30PM, SATURDAYS 9:00AM-5:30PM

Position Purpose
The Customer Service Agent handles inbound customer service calls for the Activations department, supporting customers who have purchased prepaid corporate marketing mini-vacation packages. This role ensures customers are properly qualified, issues are resolved promptly, and tour show rates are positively impacted.

Key Responsibilities
- Requalify customers based on current corporate marketing package tour qualifications.
- Positively influence the tour show rate through effective communication and service.
- Resolve customer issues using a one-call resolution approach and established guidelines.
- Maintain professional conduct and deliver high-quality service to all customers and team members.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, report on time, and meet performance expectations.
- Manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail.
- Uphold a clean, courteous, professional attitude and appearance.
Job Requirements
Education / Training / Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- General computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive customer interactions professionally.
