Springfield Leather Co. (SLC ®) is an industry leader in customer service, education, and supplies for leathercraft. We are excited to expand our team and are currently looking for a dedicated Mail Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our mail order department.
Job SummaryIn this dynamic role, you will be responsible for gathering items for orders, packaging and shipping orders to our customers, and providing phone support to assist customers with any issues related to their orders. The ideal candidate should possess strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a firm grasp of basic computer knowledge, and a very good memory. This position requires you to be on your feet for the majority (over 90%) of each day.

Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt - Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with a Saturday Rotation. You will have 2 days off per week. - Average
Hours:
40 hours per week - Starting Wage: $16 per hour
