Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Initiating proactive customer communication via phone call, email and text.
  • Fielding incoming calls and responding to customer email inquiries.
  • Preparing customer quotes and other account service and growth-related communications and correspondence.
  • Participating in and documenting customer discussions during meetings and conference calls.
  • Obtaining and reviewing vendor quotes.
  • Verifying product specifications.
  • Maintaining and sharing accurate records of customer communications.
  • Preparing for and participating in daily Pod/Sales Huddles.
  • Preparing for and participating in weekly marketing meetings.
  • Gathering customer data and inputting customer profile information across various internal systems.
  • Assisting in customer qualification and segmentation.
  • Successfully coordinating the process of customer onboarding.
  • Performing other duties as needed for the Keep Supply team to be successful.
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for your own workload and the workload of the team.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Understand what it takes to deliver on a promise of excellent service.
  • Basic PC skills and some experience with Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem resolution and consultative skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5-10% of time.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
