We are seeking a Laborer to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.#
** Responsibilities
* ** Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
* Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
* Other duties as assigned#
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in construction or related industry preferred
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
* Basic math and measurement skills
* Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
* Experience in digging ditches and holes for grounding and foundations in energized substations**.
*** Experience in wall forms and concrete pouring is a plus**.**
* ** Must be able to travel, 75% travel time.
