• Ability to work with operations teams to understand and map complex workflows from beginning to end
• Strong listening and stakeholder interviewing skills to gather operational knowledge
• Ability to understand operational processes from the customer perspective and identify customer touchpoints
• Ability to convert informal knowledge, conversations, and scattered documentation into structured strategy documents
• Ability to analyze operational workflows and identify potential risks or disruptions during system or data migrations

This is a 3 month contract opportunity with a leading global organization based in St. Louis. There is an potential to extend at the end of the contract! You will work 3 days onsite, and 2 from home.

• Map and document end-to-end operational workflows such as customer onboarding processes
• Conduct interviews with operations stakeholders to understand current processes and dependencies
• Identify customer interaction points within operational workflows and assess potential impacts from system changes
• Create migration strategy documentation based on insights gathered from operations teams
• Perform operational impact analysis to identify risks and potential disruptions before migrations occur
