We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our dynamic team and gain broad exposure across nearly all departments within the company. This internship is ideal for students who want hands‑on experience in project management support, business operations, and cross‑functional collaboration in a real‑world consulting environment. The intern will work closely with Project Managers and the Operations team to support project execution, documentation, and strategic operational initiatives.
This role offers flexibility to accommodate academic schedules and is available either full‑time or part‑time. We welcome candidates pursuing degrees in various fields including Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering (with an interest in project management rather than design), Communications, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and tracking tools
- Help create client‑ready deliverables including reports, specifications, and presentations
- Contribute to project progress tracking, meeting minutes, and action item logs
- Assist with technical writing and document formatting to ensure consistency with company standards and branding
- Coordinate project activities and logistics in support of Project Managers
- Assist in building and managing spreadsheets, financial trackers, and other operational documents
- Support internal operations initiatives, including business administration, resource planning, training coordination, and process documentation
- Assist with data collection and reporting to help improve operational efficiency and decision‑making
- Help maintain company organizational charts, policies, and general internal documentation
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and coordinate graphics for reports and presentations
- Contribute to company‑wide initiatives, events, and cross‑departmental projects as needed
- Provide support for company activities such as scheduling, logistics, and communication
Collaborate with team members across departments to support organizational goals - Perform other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, or Miro is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional multitasking ability and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem‑solving mindset
- High degree of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Communications, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Note for Engineering students:
Ideal candidates should have an interest in project management and operational aspects of engineering projects rather than technical design work
- Position is based at our St. Louis, MO Headquarters
- The role requires in‑person presence at the office
