Operations Support Specialist, Business

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our Wholesale Operations team. This position supports the General Manager of Wholesale Operations and plays a key role in coordinating logistics, inventory, and order flow across our wholesale business. Key Responsibilities
• Import Sales Orders from Customers and verify order accuracy before processing.
• Process paperwork for outbound shipments, including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
• Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule import deliveries and coordinate receiving schedules with warehouse teams.

• Provide inventory management support, assisting with reconciliations, counts, and adjustments.

• Communicate with freight carriers, vendors, and internal departments to maintain smooth order flow.

• Assist the General Manager with reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support logistics performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management systems (Net Suite experience a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally between warehouse, sales, and accounting teams.
