ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MO
NO REMOTE WORK
Responsibilities- Serve the Africa Office in the AGWM minute writing process and follow-through reading AGWM administrative policy, financial policy, and procedures.
- Serve the Africa Office in maintaining communications and tracking, minutes, budgets for MA's and MAPS personnel now assigned to Africa regions.
- Serve the Africa Office in helping answer questions and direct teams wanting to go to Africa to the correct sources with Africa and AGWM.
- Assist with MT/MR functions as requested.
- Assist Administrative Assistant in maintaining databases for LFTL and STL.
- Assist the Administrative Coordinator in maintaining and sharing with other office personnel up-to-date data on each country in the field.
- High school diploma required.
- 2 years secretarial/clerical experience.
- Secretarial/clerical training.
- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Data Entry.
- Receptionist.
- Customer Service.
- General Office Skills.
