ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MO
NO REMOTE WORK
Provide administrative support to the National Girls Ministries team utilizing strong organizational skills.
Aid in the daily operations of the ministry department.
Assist with event planning logistics and facilitate special projects.
Represent National Girls Ministries with excellent customer relations.
Work with product sourcing team for new product development and revisions.
Assist in the development of missions and event promotions and resources.
Collaborate on projects with team members.
Manage team travel arrangements.
Qualifications- High School diploma required.
- College course work preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Graphic Design skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of Girls Ministries.
- Detail oriented; task focused; multi-tasking skills and good follow-through.
