The Corporate Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that invoices are processed and sent for approval, proposals are executed and saved properly, and communicating with vendors.
Responsibilities- Process invoices to be sent to proper team members for approval, based on internal approval limits and responsibilities.
- Process check requests and overnight to the requested entity.
- Process ACH payments for vendors.
- Communicate with vendors on payment status and updates.
- Communicate with internal accounts payable team for payment processing and status updates.
- OnBase file management.
- Use Notion to ensure budgets are on track and invoices are not above and beyond agreed upon amounts.
- Answer phones to align with our GREAT initiative.
- Gain a general understanding of the design process, so questions can be directed to the appropriate party, or an answer can be provided.
- Strong work ethic
