Position Overview

The Bookkeeper / Office Manager supports daily financial operations while overseeing administrative office functions. This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with front-office coordination and contract support. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, experience with contracts or compliance (real estate experience preferred), and enjoys working in a client-facing, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including payroll and commission processing
  • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Prepare and process sales contracts and related documentation
  • Run financial and operational reports for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with contract and documentation requirements
  • Meet and greet clients and provide front-office support
  • Coordinate office events and assist with planning office gatherings
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Support general administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience in bookkeeping and office management required
  • Background in real estate, contracts, or compliance preferred
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and commission processing
  • Ability to assist with month-end close and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
