Position OverviewThe Bookkeeper / Office Manager supports daily financial operations while overseeing administrative office functions. This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with front-office coordination and contract support. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, experience with contracts or compliance (real estate experience preferred), and enjoys working in a client-facing, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including payroll and commission processing
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and process sales contracts and related documentation
- Run financial and operational reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with contract and documentation requirements
- Meet and greet clients and provide front-office support
- Coordinate office events and assist with planning office gatherings
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support general administrative and accounting tasks as needed
- Experience in bookkeeping and office management required
- Background in real estate, contracts, or compliance preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll and commission processing
- Ability to assist with month-end close and reporting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
