This is not your typical "heads-down" accounting internship. As our Accounting Support Intern
, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of real-world accounting and operations work, with the chance to dip your toes into tax preparation when needed. Your primary role will be to assist account managers with daily workflows, internal documentation, and client support tasks. If you’re an accounting or finance student looking to build a solid foundation, this is your launchpad.

• Operations & Account Manager Support
• Assist account managers with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, reconciliations, and document management.
• Help compile financial information for client reports.
• Support team members by updating SOPs, organizing digital files, and prepping documentation for client reviews.
• Track task completion and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Light Tax Exposure
• Assist with preparing basic individual and business tax return information under guidance.
• Organize client tax documentation and ensure data is complete and accurate.
• Help research tax questions or filing requirements as needed.
• Client & Internal Communication
• Communicate professionally with clients to request missing information or clarify data.
• Attend team meetings and take part in collaborative problem-solving.
• Learn directly from experienced team members in both operations and tax.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented and organized—you’re the type who notices when numbers don’t line up.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning accounting and tax software.
• A self-starter with good time management who enjoys working both independently and on a team.

• Interested in exploring a career in public accounting, client services, or tax.
• Familiarity with Quick Books Online or similar accounting platforms.
• Clear communicator who’s not afraid to ask questions.
