Accounts Receivable Payment Processing Tech
This position will be responsible for scanning payments mailed to the Corporate Office and assisting customers with invoice copy requests and billing statement queries.
Essential Job Functions- Verify handwritten payment amounts that cannot be read by software.
- Balance payment applications by selecting the transactions customers are paying on their account(s).
- Research past payment applications to verify correctness.
- Document any adjustments required for payment application.
- Review and complete any additional requests received from customers.
- High school diploma.
- Excellent keyboard skills, 10‑key by touch.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organization and communication skills.
