• Assist in developing emotional strengths and life skills for individual youths.
• Co‑lead therapeutic activities and community trips.
• Teach and model age‑appropriate social and living skills.
• Maintain proper professional boundaries with clients.
• Use crisis avoidance and intervention skills; assess and guide youth as needed.
• Complete daily logs and required paperwork accurately.
• Organize daily program activities including cooking, shopping, and preparation.
• Provide transportation for clients to and from NCYF sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid and active driving license with reliable transportation.
• Availability for some evening hours (program runs until 6:30 PM).
• Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks.
