• Perform repairs and maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and maintain accurate truck parts inventory.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance is performed on service truck.
• Use handheld device to receive and update service request status.
• Maintain tools and parts inventory assigned to truck.

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of light plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• HVAC experience.
• Experience repairing food service equipment.
