** THE JOB:
** At the
** Mass Mutual Center**, we are looking for an experienced
** HVAC Technician
** whose thrives on taking mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to optimal performance! With
** 2+ years of hands-on experience
** in commercial HVAC and related building systems, you will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and uphold the integrity of our operations. If you're skilled in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and have a strong commitment to safety and service, we want you to join our team!

** THE STARTING RATE:**  $34.57 per hour    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Perform predictive maintenance and reactive repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
* Maintain accurate records of labor time, parts used, and completed work.
* Clean, inspect, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.
* Operate maintenance equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and HVAC storage.
* Manage refrigerant logs per EPA regulations and keep a quarterly inventory of equipment and supplies.
* Assist the Director of Arena Operations with capital projects as needed.
* Read and understand blueprints and schematics for equipment maintenance and repair.
* Adhere to safety and operational standards as set by company policies and OSHA regulations.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
* 2+ Years of prior experience in General Maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC or related building systems in a similar environment
* Valid MA Refrigeration’ License-Required
* Valid EPA Universal Certification Required
* Valid driver’s license
* Valid Mechanical or EPA HVAC&R A-B license - Required

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
