Security Officer - Lobby Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Control access to the facility by greeting and screening visitors, confirming identification and/or appointments as required, issuing visitor badges when applicable, and directing guests to the correct department;
Monitor lobby activity and front desk systems such as phones, radios, cameras, and/or access control panels, and report unusual activity according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including summoning medical staff, contacting local responders, and/or completing required notifications;
Complete shift logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to oncoming personnel and site leadership
