What You’ll Do- Train to win
– Kick off your career with3 weeks
of comprehensive training including classroom and in the field training. After graduating you will attend2–3 sales trainings per week
, including role-playing, ride-alongs, and self-improvement outside the classroom. - Master the system
– Master and run our fully developed sales system. Use Accu Lynx CRM to keep every lead, inspection, photo, and project stage updated and accurate. - Be the trusted advisor
– Educate homeowners about roofing systems, inspections, insurance processes, and project options. - Drive results

Knock doors
, generate leads, perform inspections, and close deals with integrity. - Communicate clearly
– Keep homeowners and internal teams updated to ensure projects run smoothly. - Keep growing
– Push yourself through continuous training, coaching, and professional development.
- $1,000/week
during your first 3 weeks of training - $500/week
incentive pay for weeks 4-6 + advance commission opportunity ($500 per contract signed) - Transition to
commission-only with uncapped earning potential - Weekly draws available
toward future commissions when performance metrics are met - Top reps earn
six figures annually

- Roofing or construction background is a plus—but not required (we’ll train you to succeed)
