Position Summary

As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned region, collaborating closely with Regional Sales Representatives. Your responsibilities will include executing company programs, ensuring policy compliance, and providing merchandising and sales support. You will build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to drive business forward for customers, vendors, and the company.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a detailed call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
  • Execute company programs and initiatives (racks, planograms, ordering, merchandising activities).
  • Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly via phone and/or email.
  • Find solutions to customer challenges.
  • Identify and reduce out‑of‑stocks on shelves.
  • Ensure products are fresh and within date‑code parameters.
  • Ensure planogram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
  • Identify display opportunities and maximize positioning.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong ability to manage a high volume of customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Proven customer‑service skills, focusing on problem‑solving and building lasting relationships.
  • Comfortable using business applications and computer systems to manage orders, data, and customer records.
  • Detail‑oriented in supporting sales programs and initiatives while ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset to partner effectively with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service, merchandising, or sales position.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
  • Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
  • Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Analytical / computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed (minimum travel required).
Compensation

$26 - $28 per hour, depending on experience.
