We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer specializing in Personal Lines to join our growing team. This role is designed for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales and community outreach
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients through consistent communication and service
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate personal insurance coverage
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums in alignment with client needs and company standards
- Manage sales administration including processing applications, updating records, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options so clients can make informed decisions
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback for strategic planning
- Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and marketing techniques preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high level customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Telemarketing experience is a plus
Competitive base salary plus commission structure with earning potential up to $125,000 annually
