Outside Sales Representative – Archadeck & Superior Fence & Rail

(Commission-Based | Paid Training | Company Vehicle Provided)

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to sell projects for Archadeck Outdoor Living and Superior Fence & Rail
. This role is primarily selling Superior Fence and Rail fence products with opportunities for growth with Archadeck.

We own and operate multiple growing home-service companies and are looking for someone who wants a long-term sales career
, not just a short-term position.

About the Role

This is a commission-based sales position with paid training
. You will meet with homeowners, provide design-forward solutions, and guide clients from initial consultation through contract.

We provide most of your leads
, but strong performance also requires personal initiative to generate additional opportunities.

What You’ll Be Selling Superior Fence & Rail
  • Residential and light commercial fencing
Archadeck Outdoor Living
  • Decks
  • Covered patios
  • Screened porches
  • Sunrooms
  • Custom outdoor living spaces
Responsibilities
  • Meet with homeowners to design and sell outdoor living and fencing projects
  • Follow up promptly on company-provided leads
  • Generate additional opportunities by
    • Building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners
    • Visiting decision‑makers and referral sources in the field
  • Participate in grassroots marketing efforts when needed, including
    • Hanging door hangers
    • Placing yard signs at approved intersections and job sites
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow‑up on prospects
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
Schedule & Travel
  • Monday–Friday work schedule
  • No weekends
  • Some travel required to our Tulsa location as needed to help with lead overflow
Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Willingness to participate in lead‑generation activities
  • Valid driver’s license
