• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
• Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety and security policies.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation.

Qualifications for a Store Manager:

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
• Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, with possible exposure to irritant chemicals.
