Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team in Westfield, Massachusetts. This full-time on-site role involves providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for small animals. Responsibilities include conducting examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing surgeries, and educating pet owners about their pets  health and wellbeing. The Veterinarian will collaborate with a team of 30 skilled veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in diagnosing and treating small animals, along with strong clinical skills in medical, surgical, and dental care.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with pet owners and provide clear education on pet health and treatment plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a supportive and efficient hospital environment.
  • Commitment to compassionate animal care and adherence to the highest standards of veterinary medical ethics.
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent, with a valid veterinary license to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Previous veterinary experience in general or specialty practice settings preferred.
  • Professional development mindset, with a willingness to engage in continuing education and skill enhancement opportunities.
  • Experience with advanced diagnostics, patient care technologies, or specialized veterinary practices is a plus.
