Pay: $41.00 – $53.00 – $65.00 per hour. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on an assumed full‑time commitment for exempt employees. Actual salaries may vary based on relevant experience.

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence is looking for a medical inpatient Registered Nurse to join our team in Springfield, MA.

• Unit Springfield 6400 serves patients aged 22 to 100+ with diagnoses including acute/chronic conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, infections, behavioral health, neurological & circulatory impairment, kidney disease, and diabetes.
• The unit has 32 beds, 16 semi‑private rooms, and has completed several nurse‑driven change projects such as activity/mobility tools, acuity‑based assignments, capacity management workflow, and Foley utilization.
• The Manager is dedicated to professional growth and the nursing model of care, and the unit partners closely with the Physician Medical Director.
• We provide supportive, individualized orientation.

• Per Diem
• All per diem staff will work a minimum of 36 hours total in a 6‑week schedule period, including one 12‑hour weekend shift and availability for a 12‑hour major holiday shift per year.

• Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Education:
  
  Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
