As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Sixteen Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center
, you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ clinical needs under the direction of the nursing leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in delivering consistent, high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes
- Perform nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Document care accurately and timely
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Active Massachusetts LPN license required
Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem
Pay Range$35.00 - $42.00
