CARE team!

• Functions independently to assess develop and implement plan of care for complex patients

• Perform daily scheduled patient nurse visits;

• Perform daily post op calls;

• Provides independent quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills, point of care testing and quality assurance checks.

• Perform Urodynamic Studies (60-minute procedure) 10-15 per week

• Intermittent Straight Catherization (ISC) teaching and management of patients with urinary retention- 45 minutes

• Post Void Residual (PVR), education of the patient/family for self-catheterization; work closely with the physician as the patient may require additional surgery

• Portal Messages- follow up treatments/care plan from providers must be addressed and calls made to patients with test results;

• Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

• Experience in practice specialty or related nursing strongly preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks/priorities

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff

• 36 hours Monday - Friday - (Wednesday 1/2 day)
