WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Springfield MA.

Job Function:

• Night Shift.
• 3x12: 7pm-7:30am.
• Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations.
• Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document electronic data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active New York State RN License
• ACL.
• BLS (AHA only).
• Preferred experience:
  
  Cerner EMR.
