RN/LPN 7am-7pm – Vantage Care, LLC

We are seeking motivated, creative and caring nurses to join our team. Rate ranges: $36–$50 hourly. Work 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.

• Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).

• Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and achievement of desired outcomes.

• Interaction with patients and significant others while maintaining professional nursing standards.

• Provide care to persons who are sick, injured, convalescent, cognitively impaired, or disabled in a skilled nursing facility.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN or LPN license in states within the service area.
• Minimum 2 years current experience, long‑term care preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
