Pay range: $41.00 – $53.00 – $65.00 hourly for non-exempt; assumption full-time for exempt.

We are seeking compassionate, skilled NICU Nurses who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional, patient‑centered care.

• The Davis Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baystate Children’s Hospital is the region’s only Level III NICU.
• Team includes neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, residents, pediatric subspecialists, respiratory therapists, and neonatal nutritionists.
• Continuing Care Nursery part of NICU – infants go there to be monitored after they graduate NICU.

• Part‑time nights 7 PM – 7 AM
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

• Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• BSN preferred.
