We are seeking compassionate, skilled NICU Nurses who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional, patient‑centered care.
Department Description- The Davis Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baystate Children’s Hospital is the region’s only Level III NICU.
- Team includes neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, residents, pediatric subspecialists, respiratory therapists, and neonatal nutritionists.
- Continuing Care Nursery part of NICU – infants go there to be monitored after they graduate NICU.
- Part‑time nights 7 PM – 7 AM
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays

- Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in Massachusetts.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
- BSN preferred.
