Baystate Health is seeking inpatient RNs to join our team at Baystate Medical Center, a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence.

The unit offers elbow-to-elbow support and is equipped to help you provide excellent patient care.

DEPARTMENT

DESCRIPTION:

• 42 bed Medical Stepdown unit with bedside hemodynamic measuring (21 beds) and 24-hour monitoring.

• 21 medical beds with telemetry capabilities and continuous O2 monitoring.

• Unit cares for trached vent-dependent patients as well as Bipap/CPap rescue needs and Hi Flow O2 delivery systems.

• Supported by a nurse educator and an evening clinical nurse coordinator. On-site respiratory therapy and APP/MD support, plus ancillary staff (monitor techs, ambulation techs, PCTS and Operations assistants).

• We provide supportive, individualized, and tailored orientation

• The region s only major referral care center and the area s only Level 1 trauma center and pediatric trauma center.

• Experienced RN (1+ years licensure) $42.66-$65.00

Education: Diploma in Nursing (Required)
