Registered Nurse Home Care – Bright Star Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn – Locations:
Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Lincoln, Maynard, Lowell, and surrounding areas.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications). Multiple positions:
Part‑time, Per‑Diem, Full‑time, Flexible Hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct in‑home assessments and ensure care meets regulatory and company standards.
  • Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting.
  • Supervise and manage the home care nursing team: hiring, training, evaluating staff performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high‑quality patient care.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of operation.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Reliable car, driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
  • IV infusion therapy expertise, including medications, hydration and TPN.
  • Wound care experience (dressing changes, infection prevention, NPWT/Wound VAC).
  • Sales & business development mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
  • Leadership & management – supervise, train, mentor nurses, aides and caregivers.
  • Care plan development – skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans.
  • Quality assurance & risk management – experience in auditing, incident reporting, maintaining compliance.
  • Problem‑solving & decision‑making – handle staffing issues, patient concerns, operational challenges.
  • Flexibility & availability – comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and emergency response.

Nice to Have:

  • Home Health or Private Duty Nursing experience – familiarity with Bright Star Care’s business model.
