Minimum – Midpoint – Maximum: $41.00 – $53.00 – $65.00 per hour.

The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.

Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

• This unit has a highly experienced team that supports 24 state‑of‑the‑art inpatient/outpatient operating rooms and 8 heart and vascular and neurology interventional procedure rooms, performing surgical procedures to restore and enhance the lives of patients.
• This unit operates 24/7 with coverage and support expectations of weekends and off‑shift rotations at least quarterly.

• Full-Time, 40‑hours per week, rotating weekends.
• On-call and holiday requirement.
• Call rotation may change based on unit staffing and needs.

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Education:
  
  Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
