Our Neurosciences Unit is part of our Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence and is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join our team.

DEPARTMENT

DESCRIPTION:

• D5A and NIU Neurosciences encompass a 37-bed neuro-acute unit and 9-bed neuro-intercare unit within a four-time Magnet-designated organization.

• We provide comprehensive care for complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, brain injury, brain tumors, spinal injury, and spine tumors.

• Work with dedicated professionals committed to patient-centered excellence. Act as an advocate for patients, families, and significant others. Join a team dedicated to culture of safety, shared governance, and nursing autonomy.

• Team-oriented environment with support available to assist you as needed.

• The Neurosciences Department is a collaborative team focused on achieving excellence in patient-centered care.

Pay:

• New Grad RN (0-1 year licensure): $41.00

• Experienced RN (1+ years licensure): $42.66-$65.00

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Board of Registration in Nursing Examination passed)

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year RN experience required

• Education:
  
  ADN required; BSN preferred

• New Grad RNs are welcome to apply
