Shared decision making between bedside nurses and nurse leaders includes resources, nursing research/evidence-based practice projects, new equipment purchases, and staffing.

• Full-Time, Nights, 36-Hours per week

• The Central Staffing Office is designed for flexibility in scheduling and offers a variety of employment opportunities.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Board of Registration in Nursing).

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 3 years pediatric experience with the last 12 months in a pediatric specialty area (e.g., pediatric ED, pediatric ICU).

• Willing to float to more than one area and be flexible.

• Education:
  
  ASN required; BSN preferred.

Education and contact:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Required);

Certifications:

Basic Life Support – American Heart Association;
