Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Operating Room (OR) Nurse to join our surgical services team. As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting patients through surgical procedures—before, during, and after the operation—ensuring safety, precision, and comfort at every step.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the operating room and surgical instruments, verifying patient identity and surgical site, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons throughout procedures. You may serve as a scrub nurse, directly handling instruments, or as a circulating nurse, managing workflow and documentation while advocating for the patient.

This role requires strong critical thinking, technical skill, and a calm demeanor under pressure. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs, often working long hours in high-stakes situations where teamwork and attention to detail are paramount.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Active RN license

- BLS certification

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience
