• Deliver and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
• Supervise clinical operations and staff assignments to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Coordinate with physicians, clinicians, and external providers to support patient needs.
• Identify and address clinical and ethical challenges with professionalism and compassion.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, and development to build a strong, skilled team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all clinical records.
• Promote safety, infection control, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Lead continuous quality improvement efforts to optimize patient outcomes and staff performance.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Massachusetts license (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare (required).
• Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, CARF, and DPH/BSAS standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Located in Springfield, MA, the Carlson Recovery Center provides 24-hour medically monitored detoxification and stabilization services for adults experiencing substance use challenges. Our interdisciplinary team—comprising nurses, clinicians, and recovery specialists—delivers evidence-based care that promotes physical stabilization, emotional healing, and long-term recovery success.
