ASAP. Pay rate: $160,000 - $170,000 annually.

• The Interim Nurse Manager will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations throughout the unit.
• The Interim Nurse Manager will lead approximately 70+ full‑time employees and focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including delivery style, consistency, quality, and patient safety.
• This leader will foster and maintain a positive work environment based on collaboration, communication, and staff accountability.
• Seeking an experienced med/surg leader who is approachable yet firm with a strong delivery method and extensive Med/Surg experience.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active RN license required.

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually. Final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Selected candidates may also receive a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the role.
