Baystate Health – Springfield, MA

Shift: First – Per Diem – 12‑hour weekends, 1 major holiday 12‑hour. Minimum 36 hrs per 6‑wk cycle.

Pay: $41.00 – $65.00 per hour. New Grad $41.00;
Experienced $43.16–$65.00.

• Springfield Unit 6400 – 32 beds, 16 semi‑private. Patient ages 22‑100+; conditions gastrointestinal, infections, behavioral health, neurological, circulatory, kidney disease, diabetes.
• Capacity management workflow, acuity based assignments, activity/mobility tool, foley utilization.
• Manager focuses on professional growth, nursing model, partnership with Physician Medical Director.
• Orientation supportive, individualized, tailored.

• Per Diem – minimum 36 hours in 6‑wk schedule period.
• 1 12‑hour weekend shift; 1 12‑hour major holiday shift per year.
