Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence, is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. The unit is part of the Cardiac Interventional Unit, which offers interventional cardiology care for patients with post‑cardiac catheters, post‑cardiac ablation, pacemakers, and EP lab referrals.

• Provide direct nursing care to interventional cardiology patients on a 33‑bed unit (12 Progressive Care beds and 21 Acute Care beds).
• Assist with post‑procedure monitoring and management of cardiac patients, ensuring continuity of care during transitions to other units.
• Participate in a cohesive team environment, collaborating with nurses and physicians to support patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow established protocols, and implement evidence‑based practices.

• Full‑time, night shift (7 PM‑7 AM).
• Every other weekend with rotating holidays.

New Graduate RN (0‑1 year of licensure): $41.00 per hour.
Experienced RN (1+ years of licensure): $42.66‑$65.00 per hour.

• Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; BSN preferred.
• Diploma in Nursing (required); BSN preferred.
