Employment & Training Support Professional 1 – Full Time

Location:

Springfield, MA Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8:00am‑4:00pm

Hours:

40 hours per week

Provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities, working alongside community‑based employers and residential settings. Supports implementation of individualized employment plans and ensures job performance meets specifications.

• Orient, train, and supervise workers with disabilities in worksite or community settings.
• Collaborate with employers, residential settings, and community organizations to achieve employment outcomes.
• Implement employment plans designed to maximize worker success and ensure job performance meets specifications.

• High School/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and email.
• Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
