Donor Relations Coordinator

Full-Time Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Springfield Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization committed to sharing the love of Jesus while meeting the physical and spiritual needs of individuals for over 130 years, providing hope and promoting healing for Men, Women, and Children experiencing hardship and homelessness. We are seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator and an Assistant who feels called to serve with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

This role is vital to stewarding the generosity of our donors and ensuring strong, trustworthy relationships that allow the Mission to continue serving those God brings through our doors.

• Lead a team and be a team player
• Maintain accurate and confidential donor records
• Process and reconcile donations in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare donor acknowledgement and financial documentation
• Support donor communications and stewardship efforts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Alignment with the Christian mission and values of Springfield Rescue Mission
• Associate’s Degree or 2 years of experience working in a related field
• Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance
• 20 Days of PTO after one year of service
• 9 Paid Holidays and your Birthday, you may take any time in that month
