Thrive Survive Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage mentorship relationships between youth and adult mentors, including recruitment, training, and ongoing support.
• Facilitate parent interactions, providing resources and support to ensure parents are engaged and informed about their child's participation in the program.
• Oversee data collection efforts, ensuring accurate and timely collection of program metrics and outcomes.
• Conduct pioneer checking, gathering feedback from participants to improve program offerings continuously.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement programmatic initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and goals.
• Coordinate with global program managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across programs.
• Assist with fundraising and grant writing efforts to support program sustainability and growth.
• Represent the foundation at community events and meetings to promote program awareness and engage new stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, social work, nonprofit management).
• At least 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in youth development or education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with volunteers and coordinating events.
• Knowledge of best practices in youth mentoring and program evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
• Dedicated to the mission and values of Follow My Steps Foundation.

Part-time, $22 - $30 per hour.
