Marketing Coordinator

Wellfleet, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join the growing marketing team for a national health insurance company.

The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of our Corporate Marketing and Communications team, responsible for executing and analyzing demand-generation strategies and awareness marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing team and key stakeholders in sales, operations, and product to execute marketing campaigns, update and maintain the company website, manage social media accounts, and oversee email marketing efforts.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing analytics to track campaign performance and support data-driven decision-making, helping to increase awareness and drive engagement across our insurance product offerings.

In this role, you will...

Maintain knowledge of insurance products serviced at Wellfleet

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that boost engagement, clicks, and conversions across various lines of business

Maintain the website by keeping all information relevant, accurate and current and coordinate initiatives to boost SEO and lead generation

Manage the email campaign lifecycle-from audience development to campaign execution and reporting-using Hub Spot

Assist in managing Hub Spot contact data and field mapping to enable targeted outbound messaging

Oversee social media posting and monitoring on owned channels

Assist with tracing analyzing, and providing recommendations to improve campaign performance based on key metrics

Update landing pages in Word Press as needed to match content and campaign goals

Support the curation and ordering of promotional items

Perform competitive research to help adapt to evolving market demands

Conduct and report regular audits for email, social media and website marketing performance; be comfortable with dashboarding and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders

Analyze and optimize the website to and provide recommendations to increase online traffic

We are looking for candidates with...

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 1+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

1+ years' experience in marketing, communications, or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including thorough and complete follow-up to all time sensitive items

Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks, projects and competing priorities

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns in Hub Spot, including audience segmentation and campaign analytics

Proficiency in managing social media posting, engagement, and reporting

Knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, SEO and marketing software

Knowledge of email, newsletters, push notifications, and display advertising campaigns

Proficiency in using website analytics tools and marketing software

Experience performing competitive research

Experience with Hubspot, Wordpress, and Salesforce preferred with a willingness to learn, execute and manage the software and processes

Team player with the ability to work well and be flexible within the marketing team and cross functional departments.
