CNC Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for both day and overnight shifts to join our team in serving the aerospace and medical industries. Your role will involve performing setups, operating and troubleshooting machinery, ensuring tight tolerances, and conducting inspections on all products. This position requires at least two years of experience with CNC Milling or Lathe machinery.

• Perform complex machining tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in the facility.
• Communicate consistently with the engineering team.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain safety regulations.
• Report defective materials or processes.
• Adapt to customer demands, working with small to medium-sized aerospace components.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with CNC Mill or Lathe machinery.
• Experience running and setting up CNC Mill or Lathe, with Swiss Machinery experience being a plus.
• Ability to maintain very tight tolerances (+/- thousandths of an inch).
• Experience troubleshooting machinery.
• Proficiency in working with aluminum or stainless steel.

• Experience with Swiss Machinery, troubleshooting, light edits, and zeroing out a machine.
• Familiarity with micrometers and calipers for inspection purposes.

Day Shift runs from 6:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and Overnight Shift from 5:00pm to 6:00am, Monday to Thursday. This is a Permanent position based out of Springfield, MA.

The pay range for this position is $49,920.00 - $72,800.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Springfield, MA.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 12, 2026.
