• Set up and operate CNC machining centers. Performs machine adjustments and troubleshoots controllers, machines, and processes.
• Proficient in use of CNC lathe machines (C and Y axis), using jaws of various sizes Collets (16C and 5C). Ideally experienced with running Okuma and FANUC controls, but not required.
• Works from blueprint requirements. Select Tools, Set Feeds, and Speeds.
• Run multiple machines when cycle time reasonable permits while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Perform inspection of machined parts using precision hand tools.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Maintains a clean work environment and Shop Floor (Tools, Equipment, Machines, etc.) Reorders tools as needed.

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-3 years Experience in CNC Lathe Setup and Operations
