Senior Project Manager; RDQA

Lead and deliver mid-to-large scale, complex projects within an R&D Quality (RDQA) organization. This role supports operational excellence, governance, automation, and cross-functional execution across clinical, quality, and research functions.

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional and strategically critical RDQA initiatives from initiation through delivery
• Apply project management best practices to drive standardization, automation, and operational maturity
• Establish and manage project governance structures, status reporting, risk management, and mitigation plans
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, communication, and change management
• Serve as a central communication point across project teams and leadership
• Conduct data analysis and root-cause assessments to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15+ years of project management experience; 5+ years in biotech, pharma, or clinical research
• Seasoned traditional Project Manager with strong foundation in PM best practices
• Experience establishing Quality Governance frameworks and managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong knowledge of clinical and preclinical research operations, GCP, and familiarity with GVP, GMP, GDP, and CMC
• Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

• Estimated hourly range: $75–$85/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
